CIVT is an international college with studentsand faculty from over 30 countries and is a Registered Training Organisation regulated by the Australian Government.
Our College offers accredited and non-accredited tertiary education. Courses on offer are currently either:
- Short courses for professional development, continuing education or interest
- Credited for Continuing Education by relevant veterinary associations around the world
- Certified in partnership with other organizations
- Undergoing accreditation process involving industry stakeholders
- Accredited Nationally Recognised Training Units of Competency (these will have the Nationally Recognised Training Logo next to them)

Registration
CIVT is a government National VET Regulated & Registered Training Organisation (TGA Registration No 91769), which conducts itself under the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) guidelines.
ASQA is the national register for the Australian VET sector. ASQA regulates courses and training providers to ensure approved quality standards are met.
ASQA is the key compliance framework to ensure we are providing quality services. There are Industry Standards of National Registration that we must comply with that include:

ASQA's standards are set by the National Quality Council.

Note that only courses or Units of Competency that are nationally accredited will issue Certificates with the Nationally Recognised Training Logo as shown.
Professional Associations
Courses are developed through consultation with professional associations, external academics and industry stakeholders. Courses at CIVT are revised regularly in response to student feedback, new research and industry changes.
Australian Council for Private Education and Training
The College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies is an affiliate member of A CPET and agrees to conform to the Constitution, by laws and Code of Ethics of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training. www.acpet.edu.au
