How to Enrol

At The College of Integrative Veterinary Medicine we offer you the best in natural medicine education.  You choose when, where and what you study! More reasons to choose CIVT.

• So - your first step is to choose the course that's  right for you.
• Check the prerequisites for your chosen course- some are only available for veterinarians or other qualified persons because they assume a level of underpinning knowledge.
• Check the dates that the course runs and whether you can commit to the time required to complete the course.
• You are encouraged to contact our Student Services for support in your enrolment application. Complete an online enquiry form today.
• The enrolment process at CIVT may involve a phone interview to make sure you have selected the right course for you.

How to Enrol

New Students

1. Complete the Application For Enrolment Form
2. To reserve your place in your chosen course, complete the enrolment form and payment. Before you email or send your Application for Enrolment Form ensure you have read the Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
3. Submit the Application For Enrolment Form along with any applicable certified copies of your original documents if required, including your academic transcripts if asked for. You can submit your enrolment and payment on line by completing the form and click submit or
4. Fax the Application to +61 2 82089891 or Post to: CIVT, PO BOX 474, ROZELLE 2039, NSW, AUSTRALIA
5. Once your Enrolment From has been received you will receive an email/letter of acknowledgement. If further information is required you will be informed in this email/letter.
6. If an appointment with the Student and Learner Services is applicable, an advisor will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
7. A Confirmation of Enrolment will be sent to eligible applicants confirming that you have secured a place
8. Students who are unsuccessful in their application will be notified via email/letter, this .communication will state the reason why your application was unsuccessful

Short Courses

1.  Complete the Application For Enrolment Form
2. The full Enrolment fee is required to secure your spot.
3. Before you email or send your Application for Enrolment Form ensure you have read the Enrolment Terms and Conditions.

Once your enrollment and payment has been completed and confirmed you will be emailed a password and details to enter the online College classroom via myCIVT
